Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between IT:Consult – Digital Business Solutions (owner Sven Objartel, the "Provider") and its customers regarding the use of BVP ERP SuperBRAIN, unless otherwise agreed individually.
2. Service description
BVP ERP SuperBRAIN provides an MCP gateway for connecting Microtech Gen24 ERP systems to AI assistants, websites, apps, and automations. The specific scope of features, connection path, and package tier are defined in the respective offer or individual contract.
3. Formation of contract
A contract is formed through the Provider's written order confirmation following an individual needs assessment. The packages and prices shown on this website are preliminary and non-binding unless explicitly marked otherwise.
4. Customer obligations
The customer ensures that the technical prerequisites (in particular a Microtech Gen24 installation with the GraphQL interface enabled) are met on their side and that they hold the necessary rights for the connection. Access credentials must be kept confidential by the customer.
5. Availability and liability
The Provider strives to ensure high availability of the platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Provider is liable only for intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Provider's Privacy Policy and, where the customer's business data is processed, by a separate data processing agreement.
7. Final provisions
German law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the Provider's registered seat. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
